Finally got a Fluttermedic interpretation out that I enjoy. I’m hoping when I get time and inspiration, I can color this and make it my spray on TF2.
Okay, I finally have enough money to buy a new laptop. But I’ve fallen behind on the technology since last I bought anything. So, I come to you guys for help.
I know I likely want to go with ASUS or Toshiba. Do not suggest HP to me as I have bad experiences with them. I’ve heard Dell isn’t so good either. I also hear that Acer is not very enduring. This laptop needs to last me several years if not more.
The thing is I need to be able to stream as I draw (or game, that would be nice), video edit with Sony Vegas, and play games like Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 without lag. I’d prefer to get something better than this as well so I’m prepared for any future, possibly more graphic-heavy games as well. I can play without the highest settings, so I don’t need anything extremely amazing, but I do want something that will work with a ton of people in a server without me dying every few seconds just because I can’t run fluidly.
I prefer Windows 7 professional, but if I can’t get that, I can upgrade later, same with RAM, though I’d prefer a minimum of 6GB. I hear Intel is not so great if you plan to be graphic-heavy, so if anyone can give suggestions on other processors and graphics cards that would be splendid.
Also, do not ask me why I don’t just get a desktop. I am beyond tired of that question. I have my reasons, so please just keep to laptops and don’t try to talk about how desktops are better. I know they are, but that’s not what I need right now.
If anyone has any suggestions that are below $1000, I would greatly appreciate it. I hope to buy one today or within the next few days, so as soon as you can let me know, please do.
And hopefully by tonight I’ll be gaming with everyone on the same level playing ground for the first timee.
